Common questions
Will this work with my current website?
Yes. Whether you already have a contact button or not, the form can be added to your existing website without rebuilding it.
Will I have to pay monthly?
No. Your purchase covers the setup. Some connected services may have their own usage limits or optional paid plans, but nothing upgrades or starts charging automatically. Any service accounts used for your form belong to your business, and you choose whether to upgrade if you ever outgrow a free limit.
Who owns the form?
You do. The finished form is built for your business. Your domain and connected service accounts stay in your name whenever practical. Buying or renewing a domain is not included in the $299 or $699 package unless we agree to it separately.
What is the refund policy?
You can receive a full refund before work begins. After custom work starts, payments are non-refundable. If I cannot deliver the agreed work, I will refund the unfinished portion.
Can the form be customized to my services?
Yes. The questions, service options, project details, and wording are tailored to your business. Your existing business name, colors, and branding can also be used without redesigning your brand.
